Etronix Female Tamiya To Male Deans Adaptor.
This adaptor is most commonly used when you would like to use a LiPo battery with a car that has a Tamiya connector. This is common on cars that come with a NiMH stick pack but the car is LiPo compatible.
Soldering adaptors is a pain, so this plug-and-play Tamiya-to-Deans solution saved me an afternoon and works flawlessly with my LiPo battery. The fit is snug on both ends, no wiggling or loose connections mid-run. Exactly what my older RC car needed.
Slipped this between my LiPo pack and the old Tamiya plug on my touring car, and it fits snug with no wobble. The Deans side clicks in firmly, and I was running in under a minute.
Finally got my older RC car running on LiPo without any soldering; this adapter just clicks in and works perfectly. The 14-gauge wire feels sturdy enough for my brushless setup.
